How do I register my institution?

Basic setup can be completed within 24-48 hours. Complete data migration and customization may take 1-2 weeks depending on the data volume.
Do you provide training?

How do I create a student account?
Visit the student registration page, fill in your details, verify your email/phone, and your account will be created.
Is student registration free?
Yes, creating a MyRollNo student account is completely free.
Can I apply to multiple institutions?
Yes, once your profile is complete, you can apply to any institution on the MyRollNo platform with a single click.
What documents do I need to upload?
Common documents include Aadhaar card, previous marksheets, transfer certificate, and photographs. Specific requirements may vary by institution.
How do I access my enrolled institutions?
After enrollment is approved, you can access all your institutions from a single dashboard using the organization switcher.

Is there a free trial?
Yes, all plans come with a 30-day free trial with full features. No credit card required to start.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Bank Transfers. Annual payments get 2 months free.
